§1 1. We hereby grant to you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the content for the permitted uses unless specific

2. You may not use photographs for any advertising or promotional purposes without written agreement with Visavis.pl .
§2 1. All photographs either from online database or taken on request by Visavis.pl photographers are required to be signed by author's name and surname and Visavis.pl.
2. Signature should be stated as beyond: name and surname/Visavis.pl. In case a photo has no author's name there should be only: Visavis.pl.
3. Any photograph published without proper signature will quintuple in price.
§3 1. All photographs from our database are copyrighted.
§4 1. Purchasing of photography means granting to you a single publication right in the specified size and impression.
2. Using photography in any purpose other than stated in price list must be preceded with a Visavis.pl agreement.
§5 1. The client is obliged to inform Visavis.pl of every use of purchased
photography maximum to 5th day of next month after publication.
2. An e-mail including date, place and size of publication should be sent to:
office@visavis.pl.
3. In case of lack of information about publication, the photography will be priced according to the maximum numbers stated in the price list.
§6 1. Invoices will be made automatically according to the price list, unless
both sides agree otherwise.
2. Payment should be done within 7 days of obtaining an invoice. Delay will cause a starting penalty interest rate: 5% (five percent) of the amount due for every day of delay.
